Industrial Design: Including combining form and function throughout the collaboration and amalgamation of: client needs, ergonomics, and project budget. Aligning art and science through a process of data gathering and anticipating future needs through a progression of research and development that results in a descriptive expression of the needs of the management, sales, engineering, artistic, and management teams. The design solution may include: CAD technical drawings and virtual models (AutoDesk Inventor and AutoCAD), models/prototypes, renderings, to an actual product

Engineering and Manufacturing: Including thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and constraints; materials knowledge in: metals, plastics, fiberglass, resins, wood, plaster, foam, rubbers, concrete, and glass; and manufacturing processes including: mold making, veneers, carpentry, vacu-forming, casting, injection molding, C&C, welding, draft tolerances and parting lines (for molds), and finishing processes.

General Management and Financial Control: Including business plan development and metric tracking, cash flow management, capital expenditure planning, cost structure and pricing, production forecasting and budgeting, employee and freelance supervision, full P&L responsibility, and overhead reduction analysis.

Project Management: From project definition with stakeholders through implementation and completion including identifying requirements, work breakdown, scheduling, resource management, budgeting, issue resolution, quality control and executive and administrative reporting.

PERSONAL INFORMATION and INTERESTS

I consider myself an entrepreneur that enjoys exploring new opportunities and places. I love to ride my motorcycle. Some other of my favorite pastimes: A fan of the NY Football Giants, building or designing anything, soccer, hiking, swimming, dining, travel, a passionate curiosity of the Earth's ancient past and megalithic structures, trying and cooking new cuisines, and Halloween. Above all mentioned, spending time with my son is absolutely my favorite thing to do.... Nothing trumps being a Dad.
