Model Making
I have extensive model making experience. These photos are of one recent project. This is the 2014 Hudson Bay Company Holiday Window Display (Toronto & Montreal). I built these brownstone models from scratch for Spaeth Design. There was no specified scale other than the height they needed to be built to (@ 5'). The only reference I was given was 1 photograph! Fortunately, I found more references on Google Earth.

Custom Precast Concrete. These are only a few examples of almost 10 years of custom concrete design projects at Betonas Mfg Inc. Yes it is, in fact, concrete. Many find it hard to believe. I was the VP of the company. I moved to Florida and put together the fluidly functioning manufacturing facility with a sophisticated measuring/weighing system as well as a mixing and filtering system.
